How do we work with you?
Once you have found the property you are interested in,
your next step is to contact us with the property details,
i.e. web site address, property reference number, location
and estate agents/property sellers details. After establishing
the location of the property we will send you our estimated
costs, the deposit required and the confirmation viewing letter.
On receipt of your deposit we will make the necessary
arrangements with the estate agent/property seller to
view the property on your behalf. After the viewing we
will send you a full report of the property and the surroundings
along with digital photos, your questions answered and
any other observations made. The balance of payment will
also be sent at this stage. A partial refund will be made
if the visit is under the estimated time/mileage.
What are our costs?
Our costs are based on time and mileage; we charge £17.00
(25.50euros) per hour and 0.32p (0.48cents) per mile.
Below is an example based on a property situated in the
Creuse department, 67 miles from our office.

This includes a written report with up to 20 digital photos
per property (subject to the size of the property and
weather conditions); more photos will be taken if the
