STATEMENT
The Limousin Property Viewers are totally independent
of all estate agents and other groups; we are not influenced
or have any affiliation with any estate agents or other
groups.
Deposits
A deposit is a percentage of payment required before service
is carried out.
a) A deposit is required before Limousin
Property Viewers can arrange a viewing appointment.
b) By paying the deposit the client agrees
to the Limousin Property Viewers terms and conditions.
Estimates
An estimate is not a firm quote, unless stated otherwise.
a) An estimate is valid for 3 months
from the sending date.
Payment
a) Payment is due within 7 days on receipt
of the invoice, unless stated otherwise.
b) Payment can be made by cheque made
payable to: Helen Bishop and Jane Copley. Or bank transfer,
details will be forwarded on request.
c) Payment can be made in euros or pounds
sterling.
Liability
a) In case of litigation, Limousin Property
Viewers is limited to the amount of the relevant invoice.
b) If Limousin Property Viewers are unable
to carry out the agreed service due to circumstances beyond
their control which, may delay or stop the agreed viewing
appointment, i.e. third parties not arriving at the agreed
meeting place or at the agreed time, or third parties
not being able to gain access to the property, the client
is still liable for payment.
c) Limousin Property Viewers cannot be
held responsible if the client uses the information and
observations given to the client for any purpose.
Complaints
Any complaints or queries must be made within 7 days of
receipt of the Limousin Property Viewers report. After
7 days, it will be considered that the information and
observations made in the report has met the client’s satisfactory
requirements.
Miscellaneous
Limousin Property Viewers will respect all aspect of confidentiality
with the client at all times. |
