In our local area we supply a Property Management Service,
which, provides you with a key holding service, liaison
with trades persons, monthly house checks, etc. Our service
is designed to ensure your property is safe and secure
and is tailor made to suit your needs.
Key Holding
This service is a key collection point for third party
(trades persons/visitors) to access your property. Your
key will also be individually coded for security and will
be kept in a safe. (Keys will only be released on your
written instructions to the specified persons).
65 euros per year (£45.00).
An agreement will be drawn up which is to be signed by
the client and Limousin Property Viewers.
Key Holding and Monthly Visits
Along with the Key Holding service we will visit your
property monthly for internal and external checks. Once
the visit is complete we will email you to confirm the
service has been carried out and any issues arising from
the visit. We will Transfer mail from the post box to
the house. If required we can forward you mail at additional
cost.
Cost for above service
20 euros per visit (£15.00) To be paid in advance, two
months minimum.
An agreement will be drawn up which is to be signed by
the client and Limousin Property Viewers.
Additional visits by arrangement
For example: Assistance with locating, liaison and overseeing
with tradespersons/artisans. Checking on property after
extreme weather.
20 Euros per hour (£15.00).
Deliveries to your property
If you are expecting a delivery to your property such
as a fuel delivery, goods delivery, building materials
etc we will coordinate with you an appropriate delivery
date and time to accept the goods.
