Who are we?
We are a professional, independent, honest property viewing service based in the Haute-Vienne in the Limousin. The regions we cover are: Haute-Vienne (87) Creuse (23) Correze (19). We can also cover some areas beyond the Limousin, please contact us for details. Limousin Property Viewers are totally independent of all Estate Agents and other groups.
Our names are Jane Copley and Helen Bishop, we are experienced renovators and property buyers, living and working in France since August 2003 and running a guesthouse (http://www.maisonrose.co.uk/) since 2005.

What do we do?
We simply view a property or properties for you. Once we have made an agreed viewing appointment to view the property for sale on your behalf we then meet with the estate agent who will show us the property. We will then provide you with a full report with digital photos of the property and its surroundings. Our services extend to measuring rooms (where possible), locating water and electrical supplies (where possible) and making general observations in order to answer any questions you may have regarding the property and its surroundings i.e. what condition is the roof? Is there a working farm next door? How far away is the nearest town with amenities?
Why do we provide this service?
We fully understand the huge expenses involved in property hunting in France; accommodation, car hire, flight expenses, eating out, time off work etc.
We also understand the disappointment and frustration of being shown properties that do not meet your criteria or the surrounding area is not to your liking.
Our service will provide you with extensive, unbiased information on the property which you are interested in, which can take the stress out of property searching in France.
Additional Services
We supply a Property Management Service in our local area, which provides you with a key holding service, liaison with trades persons, house checks, etc. Our service is designed to ensure your property is safe and secure and tailor made to suit your needs.
