Jane and Helen no longer operate the bed and breakfast 'Maison Rose' and have put their skills into successfully running their restaurant business, Le Bistrot.  Le Bistrot offers freshly prepared provincial French cooking, as well as international cuisine, all freshly prepared on site in the restaurants professional kitchen by Helen who is an experienced and  trained Chef.
