| Our self-catering Guesthouse, is a traditionally restored 18th century farmhouse situated in the beautiful Haute-Vienne department in the Limousin region of mid west France. Nestled in the tiny hamlet of Lascoux, close to the historic town of Châteauponsac and the pretty village of Bessines-sur-Gartempe, La Maison Rose Bed and Breakfast has been designed especially for those who wish to ‘get away from it all’ and relax in a tranquil environment.
We offer spacious fully-equipped, en-suite rooms; tastefully and simply designed to create a relaxed atmosphere. Each retaining their rustic charm, together with a modern clean-cut design within the bathrooms.
There are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2
singles. Perfect for a family
of 6 or simply for a couple who wish to have their own space.
Use of
the fully equipped kitchen, dinning room and lounge included in all the
prices. |

Both La
Maison Rose and Le Bistrot restaurant are within easy reach of the main European
motorways (A20/E09) 350 kms South of Paris and just 35 km North West of the
regional capital of Limoges making it easily accessible for all transport
links and the perfect location for a relaxing holiday, stopover point when
touring Europe or house hunting.
We delight in our fine cuisine and use only fresh local ingredients.

| Our local towns, only 5/10 minutes drive, offer markets, shops and restaurants. Numerous other picturesque villages and châteaux to visit, golf courses, lakes with sandy beaches within 30 minutes drive, including Limoges, capital of Limousin, alive with art galleries, museums, theatre, opera, markets, historical sites, gardens, porcelain factories, great for shopping and eating out or simply a picnic near the river. Close by is one of the largest lakes in the Limousin, Lac St Pardoux, 800 acres of beautiful water for swimming, fishing and sailing. |
