TERMS, CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY - PLEASE READ Arrival
Please plan your arrival at La Maison Rose for after 4.30pm and before 9.30pm to book in, unless by prior arrangement.
Departure and opening and closing times.
On
departure date we request for the rooms to be vacated by
11.00am in order for us to prepare the rooms. We kindly ask
rooms to be vacated each day by 11.00am and we re-open at 4.30pm, unless by prior arrangement. As the house is situated in a very quiet area we ask for guests to arrive by 11.00pm during evenings, unless by prior arrrangement.
Deposit
For all reservations a 50% deposit is required to secure any booking. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
Payment Method
Payment may be made by cash or cheque in Sterling or Euros.
Reservations
Reservations are honoured for 5 days, after which time, if no deposit is received the reservation will be cancelled and the room re-advertised.
Final Payment
The final balance is payable on arrival. Cancellation
If you require to cancel no refund will be made.
Children. We
advertise La Maison Rose as a haven of tranquility and only accept well behaved children so we can retain the peaceful environment for all guests. Pets.
With regret we have a strictly NO PETS policy, this is due to the safety of our own 3 cats and the continued cleanliness in our rooms.
Loss and Damage
The owners of La Maison Rose shall not be liable to you or any member of your party for any loss, damage or injury incurred at La Maison Rose through use of equipment or facilities. Likewise the owners shall not be liable for any temporary defect in equipment or appliances in the house, grounds or swimming pool; nor for any loss, damage or injury beyond the control of the owners.
Excess Persons
Numbers in excess of those agreed on the confirmation of the booking is not permitted.
Disabled
We regret that because of the style of the old farmhouse, La Maison Rose is not suitable for the disabled, however we are planning to make the independent gite suitable for disabled guests. |
