La Maison Rose offers spacious and comfortable bedrooms with ensuites; we supply your bed linen and towels with tea and coffee making facilities in each room. You are welcome to use the Library, which is a cosy comfortable room and has an extensive range of books, from fact to fiction, biographies and reference books. There is also a wide range of videos and DVDs to watch.
The garden is a relaxing setting in which you can observe the many species of bird life and take in the views across the woodlands and meadows. There are garden table and chairs and sun lounges as well as a huge and beautiful Lime tree to sit under for a spot of shade.
The dining room is open for breakfast, lunch and evening meals. In the dinning room is a beautiful Spanish oak table which sits opposite the traditional Limousin stone open fireplace, some of the walls have the beautiful granite stone made apparent and the stone floor is in the typical Limousin style. |
We pride ourselves on our fresh and tasty food and are always happy to provide vegetarian alternatives.
All the rooms have original art painted by Helen who has had several successful exhibitions in the local area.
We offer private parking and if you need any sports equipment stored during your stay you are welcome to use our secure barn opposite the house.
During your stay at the Maison Rose we are happy to share ‘moving to France experiences’ and house-hunting tips with you and endeavour to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
